The eTracking portal is one of my favourite portals. I like it because the leads you receive are usually the highest quality.

Regardless of where a submission comes from - anytime your eTracking search engine receives a submission, you will gather the information about the contact automatically. That's a smart way to do this isn't it!

You can then contact these leads by email in your own time to promote your own opportunity back to them. It just can't get any easier! This all takes about 15 minutes.

So now you have registered and are using my eTracking portal and you are getting leads right! These leads are held in the Download section after you signed-up and logged back in as a registered user.

What do you do with these leads?
Simple! It's called reverse marketing. You email them back with your business proposal.

How do you tidy the list?
Well you need to select the list and copy it into notepad. The list need to be tidied up and you can do this in excel. See the video on how to do this at the end of this article.

For Veretekk purposes you need to cull out the duplicates and make the "email" field the only field that is imported into Veretekk. Then finally you have a list that you can warm market to with your business proposition. (Use the Veretekk Gold system to do this)

How often do I down load the list?
I download my list once or twice a month and then follow the procedure in the training video below to process the 1000�s of leads I get. (Veretekk Gold does this too).

Why are the leads important?
People who want to know more information may want to opt in. I then warm market them with more information. (Veretekk Gold does this too).
